Claus Saabye Erichsen is Director of DAKOFO, the Danish Grain and Feed Trade Association, and Vice-President and Treasurer of FEFAC. He has more than ten years of experience in the feed industry and works on national and European policy developments affecting the sector, including the development of new protein value chains. He has worked with responsible soy supply for more than 10 years - including engagement in FEFAC soy sourcing guidelines. Claus has also been involved in work to implement PEF and GFLI methodologies as a national standard for animal-based product chains in Denmark.
