Osama Soliman, CEO of SOYVEN – A Cargill - ADM Joint Venture, that was established in 2018. Soyven is one of the leading companies in Soybean Crushing in Egypt with two million tons of Soybeans crush capacity. Soyven produces Soybean Meal and Oil, that help secure Egypt’s needs for animal feed and edible oils.
Soliman is also the co-chair of the Agriculture and Food Security Committee of AmCham Egypt. He is also a non-executive board member of one of the leading precious metals startup platforms in Egypt.
Soliman started his career as Sugar Trader in Cargill Egypt in 1999, he assumed several international positions with Cargill in Middle East and Europe. He then joined the Soyven JV in July 2018 and later assumed the role of CEO of the company in Feb 2022.
Osama holds a BA in Economics and MBA in International Business from the American University in Cairo.
