Dr. Bakr has PH.D in Animal Nutrition from Cairo University in Dairy cow rations, he also has International masters Degree in Animal Nutrition, through the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Zaragoza (IAMZ), and a M.Sc Animal Nutrition from Cairo University in Beef Cattle Nutrition. He has more than 25 research papers and Books published in local and international Scientific Journal. His publications are available in English, Spanish and Arabic. His research focused on the field of innovation and Application of non-traditional feed ingredients in dairy and beef farms, as well as to transform Research ideas into applied projects that benefit the Egyptian Society. For 18 years Dr. Bakr is providing technical advice as consultant to many private and government sector farms in Egypt (more than 300 thousand heads of livestock), I Latin America and Saudi Arabia, to help breeders achieve higher profitability at the lowest costs without negatively affecting the health of the animal or the quality of the animal products and in the field of Feed Manufacturing Technology. Dr. Bakr is an international lecturer and trainer at San Carlos University, also a Trainer at US Soybean Export Council (USSEC) in the field of ruminant Nutrition for more than 150 dairy and beef farms in Egypt. He is also a member of the database of Arab experts in Animal Nutrition.
