Dr. Rachid Ganga is the Morocco Market Lead for the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC), where he supports direct engagement with Moroccan customers and contributes to strategic market development initiatives across the region.

He is an international aquaculture and animal nutrition expert with more than 25 years of experience across academia, research, and industry in Morocco, Europe, Canada, and the United States. Dr. Ganga has held senior scientific and R&D leadership roles with organizations including AquaBounty Technologies, the Center for Aquaculture Technologies Canada, and Tyson Foods.

His expertise spans animal nutrition, feed innovation, the valorization of agricultural and animal by-products, sustainable feed development, product innovation, and circular bioeconomy solutions. His work focuses on translating scientific research into practical, commercially viable applications that support sustainable growth across the food and agriculture sectors.
