Shehab Ghoniem is the Founder and Managing Director of the Egyptian Company for Grains, established in 2007 and specializing in feed grain trading in the Egyptian market. The company trades yellow corn, soybean meal, and other feed grains, with an annual turnover of approximately EGP 1.2 billion (US$24 million). He also serves as a Board Member of Sahary for Food Security and has experience in egg production through a laying farm established in 1990, which produces approximately 10 million eggs annually. With extensive experience in Egypt’s feed grain and poultry sectors, Shehab brings practical expertise in commodity trading, feed ingredients, and food security.
