After completing a law degree and gaining solid experience across various sectors, Khadija joined COPAG in 2016 as an Import Officer, driven by a deep commitment to the organization and a strong understanding of international trade dynamics. She has grown alongside the company ever since, and in 2022, she was appointed Deputy Director of Supply. Since 2023, she has proudly served as Deputy Director of Procurement, overseeing the cooperative’s full operational scope.

Throughout her career, Khadija has cultivated specialized expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, supply chain resilience, and the development of international partnerships — always with a steadfast focus on cost optimization and operational performance.
