Mr. Sohail Chaudary brings over 20 years of experience in Agriculture & Dairy Development with a passion for “Regenerative” & “Sustainable Agriculture”. He is a seasoned and visionary professional in the Pakistan’s dairy industry, heading the strategic development and implementation of resource management in Dairy & Agri Business field operations. He is renowned for his passion, commitment, creative ideas, and development of team skills to overcome the current challenges of the dairy sector.

As Director Agri Business, FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan (FCEPL), he brings a lot of value to the supply chain of fresh milk through various lighthouse initiatives and transformed the milk shed, leaving indelible marks on Pakistan's dairy industry. These initiatives are in line with the overall objectives of FCEPL in terms of sustainable agriculture and dairy development to enhance the dairy landscape of Pakistan.

Prior to joining FCEPL, Mr. Sohail spent ~16 years with Nestlé Pakistan. During his tenure at Nestlé, he led several efficiency improvements projects. His tenure highlights a strategic approach to fresh milk supply chain management, contributing to the seamless & “Responsible Sourcing” of best quality milk throughout the years.

Sohail holds a Master’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad, and completed Executive Certificate in Agri Business from LUMS, Lahore.
