Ellen is the Sustainability Lead of Rabobank Asia, leading the bank’s sustainability finance business as well as strategy for the region since 2022. Rabobank is a cooperative bank with a mission. Ellen has over 12 years of experiences in sustainability across the financial services industry and NGOs. Prior to Rabobank, Ellen worked at the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) where she covered the sustainable and green finance initiatives of HKEX including the Sustainable and Green Exchange (STAGE) and the carbon market development in Hong Kong. She was also the Senior Advisor, Environmental Finance of World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) as part of the global Environmental Bonds Initiative.
