Passport

Visitors travelling to Indonesia are required to be in possession of passports that are valid for at least six months beyond the period of their stay in Indonesia and must have at least one blank visa page (not including the endorsement page). 

Visa

Visitors from certain countries may enter visa-free, and max stay for 30 days. To view visa exemptions for diplomatic and other passports, please visit here

U.S. passport holders may apply for Visa on Arrival (VoA) at the airport. Initial validity is up to a maximum of 30 days and can be extended once for up to another 30 days at the local Immigration office.

Travelers applying for visa on arrival must submit:
•    A passport that is valid for a minimum of 6 (six) months upon arrival
•    A return ticket or onward ticket to another country; and
•    Electric Visa on Arrival (VoA) is available at https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/

 

Conference attendees are kindly requested to make their own accommodation arrangements.

You may opt to stay at The St. Regis Jakarta—the official conference hotel—or choose from a variety of nearby hotels, all within walking distance and suited to different preferences and budgets. As this period coincides with Jakarta’s peak event season, we strongly encourage early booking to secure your preferred lodging.

Taxis

[International Terminal]
There are several options for getting a taxi from the airport to the hotel (suggestion to choose Blue Bird taxi) and the fare ranges from IDR 300,000 – 400,000 each way. 

Pre-paid taxis cost more compared with the main taxi queue. The pre-paid taxi counters are located within the airport building, right after you have cleared customs. You are encouraged to arrange your taxi at the Golden Bird Taxi counter: inform the staff of your destination, make payment (flat rate applies) at the counter and they will arrange the taxi for you.

Metered Taxis are available for hire at the main taxi queue located outside the exit gate after custom clearance of the terminal building. We suggest all guests to choose a taxi from a reputable company (Blue Bird) and make sure that the driver turns on the meter after you board the taxi. The fare to most hotels in Jakarta area should be around IDR 300,000 – 400,000 each way.

[Domestic Terminal]
At the domestic terminal, both pre-paid taxis and metered taxis are available but suggest to choose Blue Bird. The fare to most hotels in Jakarta area should be around IDR 300,000 – 400,000 each way.

Ride Hailing Apps
Grab and Gojek is a common car ride-hailing app in Indonesia. You can book your car with your phone and wait in the arrivals area for your car.
