On behalf of the U.S. Soybean Export Council – USSEC, we are pleased to invite you to CrushCon 2023 that will take place on November 29 and 30 in Lima, Peru. 

This year we are inviting internationally recognized companies, key industry members and decision makers from the agricultural and soybean industry in the Americas and your participation will be greatly appreciated. 

With the objective of communicating the USSEC sustainability message, the advantages of the sustainable origin of US soybeans, the current situation, the trends of the vegetable oil industry, its characteristics and advantages of soybean oil from the USA and its applications in the food industry, topics to be included:

• The current market situation and trends in the vegetable oil industry, the characteristics of US soybean oil.

• Its uses in the food industry.

• The advancement and availability of high oleic soybean oil and many others. 

• We will include as part of this experience a frying and baking demonstration to show the operation and performance of US soybean oil in frying foods and the performance of this oil and its health benefits when used in bakery applications.
