Approval and travel requirements:

• Valid passport and U.S. Visa, with at least six months validity beyond the intended date of entry into the United States.

USSEC will cover:

• Round-trip airfare in economy class from and to the participant's city of origin, only for the course dates (departure: May 20th, return: May 26th).

• Airport-hotel transfers.

• Accommodation for the duration of the course week (6 nights).

• Meals, only the ones mentioned in the trip agenda.

• Admission ticket for the Indy 500 Race.

  • Travel home for those not participating in the Indy 500
