
Quality Managment in Modern Poultry Production
This training program is designed to highlight modern management practices across every stage of poultry production while promoting data-driven decision-making. The event is organized by the U.S. Soybean Export Council and will take place on July 22 and 23 at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, United States.
The course covers key areas of the poultry industry, including broiler management and processing, poultry house environment management under hot weather, amino acid nutrition, and ingredient evaluation. It also emphasizes the consistent quality and nutritional value of U.S. Soy as a critical component of efficient and sustainable operations.
Throughout the workshop, participants will explore real-world case studies demonstrating the practical application of collected data in poultry companies. Topics include live production and processing management practices, environmental control, nutritional strategies, precision poultry farming automation and technology (robotics, AI, etc.), and modern layer genetics feed management and nutrition, providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and outcomes.
