Travel Information
Passports
Visitors travelling to Vietnam are required to be in possession of passports that are valid for at least six months beyond the period of their stay in Vietnam and must have at least one blank visa page (not including the endorsement page).
Visa
Vietnam visa is required. However, visitors from certain countries may enter visa-free, and stay for the indicated number of days. To view visa exemptions for diplomatic and other passports, please visit here.
E-Visa

Conference Venue
The hotel is located approximately 7.5km (4.7 miles) from the airport. If needed, you have the option to arrange your own airport transfers. Below are the listed estimated rates for your convenience:
By Hotel Transport
Airport transfer arrangements can be made directly with Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel at the following fee: Luxury Sedan for 2-3 pax will cost VND 2,200,000 (USD 87) net per way per car while a Luxury Van for 4-6 pax will cost VND 2,500,000 (USD 99) net per way per van.
By Taxis
Alternatively, taxis are also available at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) and a trip to Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City takes around 20 to 30 min and costs between VND 150,000 – 200,000.
Accommodation:
We'd appreciate it if you could arrange your own accommodation for the event. But if you'd like to stay at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel, you can book using this link or at the nearby hotels within walking distance. Please be aware that rooms are limited due to high demand during peak seasons.
Please have your credit card ready as you will be requested to provide your credit card when you check in to guarantee for your room charges and / or incidental expenses.
